If you are not home at the time of delivery, DHL will make a second attempt or deliver the package to a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when you can collect your package.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse the order at the time of delivery, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
